When will my order ship?

Our current business turnaround time is 2-4 weeks. This can change closer to the holidays but we will post updates frequently. This does not include shipping times.

Where are you located?

We are located Commerce, GA. All orders are available for local pickup there.

What is your refund/return policy?

There are zero returns allowed on personalized items unless there has been an error on our part. If we have made an error, please contact us for a full refund or exchange for the correct product.

Items that are not personalized may be exchanged or returned for store credit if we are contacted within 7 days from the date of pickup or delivery.

Do you offer rush orders?

Yes we do! Please contact us prior to placing an order if you need it sooner than our current turnaround time. Depending on our current volume of orders, a rush fee can vary. Typically it is $20 per order.

Is there a minimum order?

No. We do however offer discounts on bulk orders, so be sure to contact us if you are order more than 12 of the same item.

What sizes are available?

We try to offer every product in a large range of sizes, but cannot guarantee it will be available in that size. Please check individual listings for size ranges.

What are your shirts made of?

We use a variety of shirts and brands, so please check the individual listings. I do try to offer the softest shirts I can find because I'm a shirt snob myself.

Do you ship outside of the U.S.?

Yes, we ship worldwide! 

Do you offer sizes larger than 4X? 

Due to stocking issues, it’s not possible for us to offer larger sizes online  however, we are happy to try and accommodate your request. Please send us an email with what items you are interested in along with the size needed and we will do our best to acquire those for you.
